The appearance of your hair is strongly influenced by your diet. Always eat a healthy, balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits and leafy green vegetables. Minimize your intake of fat, sugar, and salt, but make sure your meals are rich in protein and carbohydrates.

Keep Your Hair Clean and Tidy
